Terms of Service

By creating an account or placing an order on Dawaiwalalko, operated by HEALPROPASK55 (OPC) PVT LTD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter this agreement.

• All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. if stock runs out).
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner, Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed.

Certain products are marked "Prescription required". For these items, we may request a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner before dispatch. Orders without a valid prescription for such items may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. We currently deliver within Lucknow with same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM, and are expanding coverage across India. Delivery is handled by our logistics partner once your order is paid.

We source all medicines from licensed manufacturers and distributors and take reasonable care in fulfilling every order. To the extent permitted by law, HEALPROPASK55 (OPC) PVT LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
